What is The Karuna Life™?
I founded The Karuna Life because I wanted to help others and provide tools for how to live a heart centered life. Karuna in Sanskrit means 'compassion'. What started as a small seed - has grown into something much bigger.

Although The Karuna Life has expanded in so many ways, my passion remains helping others. I love helping clients heal old wounds, transform outdated patterns/behaviors, develop intuition, gain confidence, and connect to their soul's purpose... all while being heart centered. Kindness, compassion, and even humor, can be transformative.
As a professional Intuitive and Channel, I work closely with Spirit and my Guides in everything I do (from creating workshops to podcast episodes). I also talk to the guides/helpers of clients during client sessions, so it's truly a 'team' effort and that's what makes it so special.
No matter what form it takes, it's always an honor to help others walk their own unique path, especially while doing what I love.

Ever want to know what your Guides want to say to you or are you struggling with a particular issue?
Intuitive Sessions are a unique opportunity to sit down and directly ask your Spirit 'Team' (Guides, Angels, Galactic Family, Ancestors and Loved Ones in Spirit) questions or ask for guidance.
Clients find these sessions healing and insightful; they can provide direction, guidance and a sense of the bigger picture. Clients often leave a session feeling a deeper sense of support and love from those in Spirit.
Gina encourages clients to have a list of questions beforehand and some choose to have the session recorded so they can listen again for deeper insights.
Sessions are often used for personal issues, yet they can also helpful for business owners. Together, we access the wisdom and guidance of 'the teams' regarding a particular business (whether established or an idea). Together, we explore areas for potential growth, marketing, and see what areas (or potential areas) have light around them.
With life becoming increasing 'loud' and distractive - this is an opportunity to sit down for what Gina calls a 'fireside chat' with those in spirit and talk to your team.
It should be noted, there is also an 'energetic transmission' that occurs during conversations. Therefore it helps clients on many different levels.

Gina is founder and Grand Master of a contemporary form of reiki, called Trimatri Reiki™. It is an ancient energy and creates powerful transformation in clients. This energy work has expanded beyond traditional hands-on reiki. It works multi-dimensionally to bring the body, mind, and spirit into balance. It heals wounds, thought patterns and out dated 'programming.'
Trimatri Reiki™ is so powerful that it's not necessary to come back every few weeks like traditional Reiki.

Trimatri Reiki™ does not replace Western Medicine or Mental Health Counseling. However, it can be used as a complimentary modality to make those treatments more effective because the energy body will be in balance.

What are the Akashic Records?
The Akashic Records or Akashic Field are often considered an energetic library or database of all universal events, thoughts, words, deeds, emotions and intention ever to have occurred in the past, present, or future lives. Some might say it is the Soul's knowledge from all lifetimes. An Akashic Records reading is so much more than past lives!
Most clients use The Records to address the following:
- Guidance on current issues or relationships
- Direction on life path
- Address 'feeling stuck'
- Transmute past life karmic threads
- Identify and heal behavior patterns / paradigms
- Heal soul fragments
- Receive activations and blessings
This is not simply a list of past lives - this is a conversation with YOUR Akashic Records for guidance, wisdom, activation and healing. Although past lives often come up in sessions to be healed, the purpose of an Akashic Records session is more profound and transformative. It is to connect to the higher aspects of self and The Divine.
Gina completed comprehensive training and is certified through The Akashic Alliance™ to access The Records of others (including people, places, and things). The Records might even be used to access information regarding a personal business or project (like a book).
An Akashic Records session should be considered intentionally. Clients are often drawn to explore their Records to release blocks/past life vows or for healing, guidance, validation, direction, or understanding.

I'm so pleased to announce that my book, Soul Walk: The Unexpected Gifts in Grief and Connection to Those in Spirit will be published Summer of 2025.
This deeply personal memoir details my experience of losing my husband by suicide in 2018, healing through grief, and ultimately, finding my true voice.

What is a Certified Grief Educator?
A Certified Grief Educator is committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.
Certified Grief Educators completed a certificate program designed by world-renowned grief expert, David Kessler. They bring his unique methodology, tools, and decades of experience to help people navigate the challenges of grief.
Loss comes in many forms - from the death of a loved one to the unexpected loss of a job or a marriage. This course covered a variety of topics (including the six needs of the grieving). I am proud to have completed this program in June 2024. I found it incredibly helpful and hope to educate others on this important topic.
