Fun facts:
This is a good question that comes up a lot. I used to hear it recommended that reiki or energy sessions should be scheduled every 4-6weeks... but that no longer resonates with me. Intuitive and energy work is not a 'one size fits all' and really varies from person to person.
Therefore, I feel the client is the best person to determine when to schedule another session.
The wonderful thing about energy work is that it can be done without being in the same room. Welcome to next frontier of energy work!
I developed a new system of working remotely that I adore - it's powerful. I believe in it so fully that I have given up a physical location and will be seeing only Remote clients. That's how much I love this work!
What to expect for a Remote Session:
I keep my Remote sessions as close to an in-person session as possible. Which means you meet with me over zoom (or phone if zoom isn't your thing) so we can talk and I can answer any questions beforehand. Clients will receive the blend of modalities (reiki energy, sound healing and guidance) throughout the session. The nice part is that we continue to talk during the session so clients can ask specific questions and let me know if what I'm saying is resonating.
To prepare, I ask for clients set the time/space for the session (ideally in a quiet place) where they will not be disturbed. Most prefer to lie down and turn off their camera to get comfortable once we get started. Again, We keep the audio on and talk throughout the session so we are meeting just as if we were in person! Clients have the option to have the session recorded if using zoom and the recording is forwarded within 24 hours. I recommend re-watching because we often cover a lot during sessions.

These are the areas that I most often see clients receive benefits from an Akashic Records Session:
Examples of what questions might be posed to Your Akashic Records:
"I feel stuck. Why is that and how can I shift it?"
"I am struggling with ____. How can I best move forward in this situation?"
"What is this difficult relationship with ____ teaching me?"
"How did I grow from my divorce? In what ways is it still affecting me?"
"How can I be more open to finding love?"
"What theme from a past life is affecting this one now and how can this be resolved?"
"Where is my soul asking for healing?"
I love when a client has an 'a-ha!' moment in the Records. It can be quite powerful to identify a theme or pattern in either yourself of in a relationship so that it can be healed and transmuted. Many walk away with a deep sense of peace and comfort in the information presented in The Records. Remember, our intention is to receive what is MOST needed for you on a soul level - so there can be insights, wisdom, and healing on all levels of our being.
The Akashic Records can be a difficult to fully understand because it is so broad and complex (and so much is still not understood). You don't need to have a full understanding of The Akashic Records to benefit from the session - you do need to be open to having a new experience.
If you feel like you're being nudged to explore your Akashic Records - then trust your intuition. The heart doesn't speak loudly - it whispers. So pay attention if something keeps directing your attention to the Akashic Records. It could be that you are being directed to receive a message, guidance, or healing.
This is different than a past life regression - which may give a list detailing past lives. This is connecting to YOUR soul's wisdom to receive guidance and healing. Past lives do come up to be healed yet the intention is more complex and a co-creative experience.
I always suggest thinking about the session and asking what YOUR soul is hoping to receive. Even if you don't get a definitive answer - you are setting the intention to be open to receive during the session. Often times questions come up during the session that you didn't think to ask - that's the magic of a co-creative experience. It's also what makes it transformative and ultimately healing.
Do we giggle at times during sessions? Yes. Do we tear up? Yes. We are exploring powerful themes, emotions, paradigms, and karmic threads on a SOUL level. Keep in mind it is not intended for entertainment purposes only - and that is a GOOD thing - it's a wonderful opportunity to ask those deeper questions that weigh on your heart or that you're curious about.

This is kind of a tricky answer, so let me explain...
Do I receive messages from client's loved ones who have passed during sessions - yes, that can and does happen. Am I a psychic medium? No.
For me, a "medium" provides detailed information about the loved one who has crossed over such as their favorite sport, how they died, their personality type, etc. That's not typically the type of information I receive. I never want to set a client up for disappointment - especially around something so important.
I often relay 'messages' from loved ones during sessions - what they want the person to know. Yet it isn't the focus of the session- I'm focused on the client so if there is someone who has passed and we have a session, ASK them to come forward beforehand and then please bring it up to me... because my guides often joke that I have family members in spirit 'standing by', yet I forget to give them microphone (which some of you have experienced when a flood of messages start coming in at the very end of a session!) So it lets me know to pass the phone to them, yet please understand there's no guarantee for who 'shows up' in sessions. Even in spirit, we all have different vibrations which will affect how easily I can connect in with them.
I have been guided to let go of a physical space and see clients for Remote sessions only. However, I may still see clients occasionally in-person (such as if I leading a retreat or teaching workshops out of state).

For Sessions: Once you schedule a session, I reserve that spot in my schedule and turn other clients away from scheduling.Therefore, 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations.
Less than 24 hour notice or a no call/ no show will be charged for the session.
Cancellation policies for workshops, events, trainings, and retreats may vary and will be stated in the Eventbrite listing or in welcome email for retreats/trainings. If you are unsure, feel free to ask.
Is tipping required for services? No. I actually removed the option to add a monetary tip for online sessions. IF you liked your session and want to show your gratitude - here are some suggestions that I am SUPER grateful for in lieu of tipping:
