Experience the calming and restorative power of Qi Gong in the tranquil environment of a salt cave. This class combines gentle movements, breathwork and mindfulness to cultivate energy flow and harmony within the body. 

What is Qi Gong?

Qi Gong (pronounced chee gong) is an ancient Chinese practice that integrates slow, intentional movements, focused breathing and meditative awareness. It promotes vitality, emotional balance, and mental clarity by the natural flow of energy-or qI-throughout the body. It supports healthy aging and increases vitality through gentle movements. 

Gina is a certified Lee Holden Qi Gong Instructor (200hr).  She will guide you through this beginner friendly class to demonstrate foundational Qi Gong movements.

Qi Gong combines gentle, flowing movements with mindful breathing to:

• Promote relaxation and reduce stress.
• Boost energy and vitality for all ages.
• Support overall health and longevity.
• Enhance mental clarity and focus.
• Cultivate a sense of balance and harmony.
