Energy Reset: Gentle Movement for Wellness  (Beginner QI Gong)

Discover the transformative power of gentle movement and mindfulness in our Mindful Movement sessions—beginner-friendly qigong designed for all bodies and all ages. Whether you’re brand new or seeking a nurturing approach, these practices help you reconnect with your body and spirit.

 What is Qigong?
Through flowing, low-impact movement, focused breathing, and present-moment awareness, Qigong wakes up the body’s natural energy and calms the nervous system. The basics are simple and accessible—you don’t need prior experience or extra flexibility. 

In my Mindful Movement sessions, we practice easy patterns you can take home. It’s less about perfection and more about gentle, consistent practice—often described as a kind of “moving meditation.”  Qi Gong movements are helpful to decrease stress and promotes longevity as we age!

Come experience the grounding energy of mindful movement, breath, and community. These sessions are a gentle invitation to restore your body, calm your mind, and reconnect with what matters most.
