Gina Kitzmiller is founder of The Karuna Life. She is an Intuitive Channel, Reiki Master-Teacher, and Healer. She sees clients from around the world for Remote sessions.
Gina's reiki sessions have evolved to more than reiki energy; it is a unique process called Trimatri™Energy Healing. Through her work, she helps clients heal wounds, change old patterns of thinking and step into new realities/paradigms. Additionally, she offers Trimatri Soul Scribe𓋹™ - channeled pieces of artwork that contain soul codes, frequencies, and vibration.
Gina is a certified Reiki Master in Usui Reiki Ryoho. She is Co-Founder and Reiki Master-Teacher of TriKona Light Reiki. Her part in this work is now under the umbrella of Trimatri™ Energy Healing.
She is an Advanced Divine I AM Practitioner and attuned to work with the planetary light grids for accelerated growth, activation, and healing. In 2022, she became a certified Akashic Records Facilitator through The Akashic Alliance™.
Gina completed a Masters of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling and Certified Grief Educator. Additionally, Gina is a certified Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Certified Breath Coach.
In the Fall of 2024, Gina completed Lee Holden's 200hr certification to become a Qigong Instructor.
Gina recently created and leads Soul Rise Retreats, teaches online workshops and energy work. She hosts The Karuna Life Podcast, a bi-weekly podcast that dives into all things metaphysical and spiritual.
In her private life, Gina is a single mom of two kids (now teenagers). She completed a memoir, which details her experience of losing her husband by suicide in 2018, healing through grief, and ultimately, finding her true voice. Right now she is exploring the options for publication.
