Gina Kitzmiller is founder of The Karuna Life. She is an Intuitive Channel, Reiki Master-Teacher, and Healer. She sees clients from around the world for Remote sessions.
Gina's reiki sessions have evolved to more than reiki energy; it is a unique process called Trimatri™Energy Healing. Through her work, she helps clients heal wounds, change old patterns of thinking and step into new realities/paradigms. Trimatri Soul Scribe𓋹™ are channeled pieces of artwork that contain soul codes, frequencies, and vibration.
Gina is a certified Reiki Master in Usui Reiki Ryoho. She is Co-Founder and Reiki Master-Teacher of TriKona Light Reiki. Her part in this work is now under the umbrella of Trimatri™ Energy Healing.
She is an Advanced Divine I AM Practitioner and attuned to work with the planetary light grids for accelerated growth, activation, and healing. In 2022, she became a certified Akashic Records Facilitator through The Akashic Alliance™.
Gina completed a Masters of Education in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Certified Grief Educator.
Additionally, Gina holds certifications as a Yoga Teacher (RYT 200), Breath Coach, and recently became a Holden QiGong Instructor (200hr).
Gina created and leads Soul Rise Retreats, teaches online workshops and energy work. She hosts The Karuna Life Podcast, a bi-weekly podcast that dives into all things metaphysical and spiritual.

A Certified Grief Educator is committed to providing the highest level of grief support through education, experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged rocky terrain of grief.
Certified Grief Educators completed a certificate program designed by world-renowned grief expert, David Kessler. They bring his unique methodology, tools, and decades of experience to help people navigate the challenges of grief.
Loss comes in many forms - from the death of a loved one to the unexpected loss of a job or a marriage. This course covered a variety of topics (including the six needs of the grieving). I am proud to have completed this program in June 2024. I found it incredibly helpful and hope to educate others on this important topic.
