Author, Intuitive Guide, and Creator of The Karuna Life
Gina Kitzmiller is an author, intuitive, energy healer, and educator, as well as the creator of The Karuna Life® and the founder and Grand Master of Trimatri® Reiki.
She is the author of Soul Walk: The Unexpected Gifts of Grief and Connection to Those in Spirit, an Amazon Kindle #1 bestselling memoir and a 2025 finalist in The Wishing Shelf Book Awards (Non-Fiction).
At the heart of Gina’s work is helping others deepen their connection with intuition, energy, and inner guidance in ways that feel practical, grounded, and meaningful. As Grand Master of Trimatri® Reiki, she trains and attunes Reiki students both online and in person, supporting them in developing a personal energy practice and greater trust in their own intuitive abilities.
Her work draws from years of study and experience in energy healing, meditation, breathwork, grief, intuitive development, and personal growth. Gina is a Reiki Master, Certified Grief Educator, Certified Akashic Records Facilitator, Advanced Divine I AM Practitioner, YOGABODY Certified Breath Coach, Holden Qi Gong Instructor (200 hours), and Yoga Teacher (200 hours). She also holds a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation.
Through The Karuna Life®, Gina offers Trimatri® Reiki training, classes, workshops, online programs, and a limited number of private intuitive and energy healing sessions. Her work is designed to help people strengthen self-trust, deepen intuitive awareness, and bring greater intention and connection into everyday life.
Gina is also the host of The Karuna Life Podcast, shares guided meditations on Insight Timer, and teaches through online platforms including Udemy. She also creates Trimatri Soul Scribe® channeled artwork infused with symbolic light codes for reflection and energetic connection.
She lives in Columbus, Ohio with her family.

My Grief Educator Training
What is a Certified Grief Educator?
As a Certified Grief Educator, I am committed to providing compassionate support through education, lived experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged terrain of grief. This certification program was created by world-renowned grief expert David Kessler and draws on his decades of work, unique methodology, and practical tools for navigating loss.
Grief takes many forms—from the death of a loved one to the loss of a relationship, a job, or a sense of identity. Through this training, which I completed in June 2024, I explored topics such as the needs of the grieving and gained practical approaches for guiding others with presence and care.
This work has been both deeply personal and profoundly meaningful to me, and I am honored to integrate these insights into my offerings as I continue to educate and support others on their healing journey.
