Author, Intuitive Guide, and Creator of The Karuna Life
Gina Kitzmiller is a spiritual teacher, intuitive, and energy healer, as well as the creator of The Karuna Life® and the founder and Grand Master of Trimatri® Reiki. She is the author of Soul Walk: The Unexpected Gifts of Grief and Connection to Those in Spirit - an Amazon Kindle #1 bestselling memoir and a 2025 finalist in The Wishing Shelf Book Awards (Non-Fiction).
Through energy healing, intuitive guidance, and life path consultations, Gina supports clients around the world in reconnecting with their inner wisdom and aligning with their soul’s purpose. As the Grand Master of Trimatri® Reiki, she also trains and attunes Reiki students in person and online—empowering others to strengthen their own healing and intuitive gifts.
Gina holds a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation and brings a rich background of training and certifications. She is a Reiki Master, Certified Grief Educator, Certified Akashic Records Facilitator, Advanced Divine I AM Practitioner, Holden Qi Gong Instructor (200 hours), and Yoga Teacher (200 hours). She blends structured education with compassion and lived experience to offer grounded, heart-centered support.
In addition to her private work, Gina leads Soul Rise retreats, workshops, and online programs. She hosts The Karuna Life Podcast, shares guided meditations on Insight Timer, and is a Udemy instructor, where she teaches practical, accessible tools for intuitive development. She also creates Trimatri Soul Scribe® channeled artwork infused with symbolic “light codes” for reflection and activation.

My Grief Educator Training
What is a Certified Grief Educator?
As a Certified Grief Educator, I am committed to providing compassionate support through education, lived experience, and insights into the often unacknowledged terrain of grief. This certification program was created by world-renowned grief expert David Kessler and draws on his decades of work, unique methodology, and practical tools for navigating loss.
Grief takes many forms—from the death of a loved one to the loss of a relationship, a job, or a sense of identity. Through this training, which I completed in June 2024, I explored topics such as the needs of the grieving and gained practical approaches for guiding others with presence and care.
This work has been both deeply personal and profoundly meaningful to me, and I am honored to integrate these insights into my offerings as I continue to educate and support others on their healing journey.
