Integration & Support

Guidance and resources to support you after energy work, Akashic sessions & remote healing events

Most clients report feeling relaxed and lighter after Reiki, energy work, an Akashic session, or a remote healing event. Every experience is unique, and your body, mind, and energy may need time to integrate what shifted.

After Your Session or Healing

Here are a few ways to support yourself in the hours and days that follow:

  1. Stay Hydrated
Drink plenty of water and consider adding electrolytes. Hydration can support your body as you integrate the energetic work.
  2. Eat to Ground Yourself
Having a meal afterward can help you feel more grounded. Fresh, nourishing foods are always a good choice, but listen to your body. If you suddenly feel like a really good cheeseburger is exactly what you need, there may be a reason for that too.
  3. Take a Salt Bath
An Epsom salt, Himalayan salt, or baking soda bath can be a wonderful way to relax and support integration. If baths are not your thing, soak your feet in warm water with Epsom salts for 10 to 15 minutes or use salts as a gentle body scrub in the shower.
  4. Spend Time in Nature
A walk outside, sitting in your backyard, spending time near trees, or simply pausing under the sky can help you feel grounded and recalibrated.
  5. Listen to Your Body
You may feel deeply relaxed, energized, emotional, tired, or simply like yourself. Give your body what it needs. Rest when you feel called to rest, move when movement feels good, and allow yourself a little extra space if needed.

Reflection & Integration

Insights can continue to unfold after Reiki, energy work, Akashic guidance, or a remote healing event.

You may notice vivid dreams, resurfacing memories, unexpected emotions, new realizations, or a shift in how you see a situation. Some things may make sense immediately, while others may take days or even weeks to come into focus.

Consider journaling, sitting quietly with what resonated, or expressing what you are feeling through writing, drawing, painting, music, or movement. Allow what arises to be observed without feeling that you need to understand or fix everything right away.

Honor Your Intuition

Pay attention to what continues to surface in the days that follow. You may feel drawn toward a particular action, conversation, boundary, practice, or period of rest.

You do not need to force clarity. Sometimes the most meaningful insights arrive when you give them room.

The Sacredness of What You Receive

Messages, insights, and experiences from an Akashic session, Reiki, energy work, or remote healing can feel deeply personal.

You may feel tempted to share everything immediately, but you do not have to. Some information benefits from being held quietly for a little while before it is discussed with others. Allow yourself time to decide what feels sacred and private, what you are ready to share, and what may simply be yours to integrate.
