Most clients report feeling relaxed and lighter after Reiki, energy work, an Akashic session, or a remote healing event. Every experience is unique, and your body, mind, and energy may need time to integrate what shifted.
Here are a few ways to support yourself in the hours and days that follow:
Insights can continue to unfold after Reiki, energy work, Akashic guidance, or a remote healing event.
You may notice vivid dreams, resurfacing memories, unexpected emotions, new realizations, or a shift in how you see a situation. Some things may make sense immediately, while others may take days or even weeks to come into focus.
Consider journaling, sitting quietly with what resonated, or expressing what you are feeling through writing, drawing, painting, music, or movement. Allow what arises to be observed without feeling that you need to understand or fix everything right away.
Pay attention to what continues to surface in the days that follow. You may feel drawn toward a particular action, conversation, boundary, practice, or period of rest.
You do not need to force clarity. Sometimes the most meaningful insights arrive when you give them room.
Messages, insights, and experiences from an Akashic session, Reiki, energy work, or remote healing can feel deeply personal.
You may feel tempted to share everything immediately, but you do not have to. Some information benefits from being held quietly for a little while before it is discussed with others. Allow yourself time to decide what feels sacred and private, what you are ready to share, and what may simply be yours to integrate.
