Resources for Healing, Intuition & Spiritual Growth

Nourish the Mind, Body, and Soul

Welcome to my curated library of favorite books, healing tools, and supportive resources. These offerings have helped me—and many of my clients—navigate change, deepen intuitive connection, and walk the soul path with support. Whether you're looking for inspiration, spiritual insight, or practical guidance, I hope you find something here that speaks to your heart.

Metaphyiscal / Well Being:

  •  New Moon Astrology: The Secret of Astrological Timing to Make All Your Dreams Come True by Jan Spillar

  • Setting Boundaries Will Set You Free: The Ultimate Guide to Telling the Truth, Creating Connection, and Finding Freedom by Nancy Levin

  • The Shaman's Book of Extraordinary Practices - 58 Power Tools for Personal Transformation  by Jose Luis Stevens PhD (This is my favorite book right now)

  • The Little Book of Mudra Meditations by Autumn Adams (great beginner book on mudras)

  • Conversations with the Zs : The Energetics of the New Human Soul   by Lee Harris (book two is my favorite in this series)

  • The Shamans Guide to Power Animals by Lori Morrison (She gives interpretations and messages for animal signs such as 'hawk'- it's an amazing tool  and sits on my desk because I refer to it so frequently)

  • Crystals for Healing: The Complete Reference Guide with Over 200 Remedies for Mind, Heart & Soul by Karen Frazier.

Grief:

  • You're Not Crazy, You're Grieving and The Wilderness of Suicide Grief: Finding Your Way by Dr. Alan Worfelt (I hope to meet this man someday to hug him- his work in grief is outstanding)

  • Final Gifts: Understanding the Special Awareness, Needs, and Communications of the Dying by Maggie Cannanan and Patricia Kelley (I love this book)

  • Finding Meaning: The Sixth Stage of Grief by David Kessler

  • The Art of Compassion: Supporting Friends Through Dark Times by Alice Foeller (Beautifully written - part memoir of loss by suicide / part guide book on how to support others after loss).

Gina’s Go-To Decks & Resources

Confession: I have an embarrassing amount of divination cards... yet these are the ones I use most frequently.

Divination Cards most often used in sessions...

  • The Sacred Forest Oracle by Denise Linn
  • Angels and Ancestors by Kyle Gray
  • Akashic Illumination Deck by Rev Sandra Gelinas (*note: you don't have to be trained in the Akashic Records to use this wonderful deck! https://akashicfocus.com/illuminationdeck/)
  • Wind Walker's Wisdom Oracle Deck by Renee Baribeau

Resources:

Sound Healing Instruments & Training
The team at Sunreed Instruments is incredibly helpful, and I love being able to listen to different instruments online before choosing. It’s easy to get delightfully sidetracked browsing everything from singing bowls,  tuning forks, Koshi chimes—they truly have just about everything.   https://sunreed.com/

Metaphysical Store
Enchanted Botanicals – my go-to for handcrafted, high-vibration items such as loose incense, tea, and intention candles. I joke that I have something from this shop in every room of my home. Deb is incredibly knowledgeable and magical herself—if she creates it, you can be sure it’s amazing. 💫 https://www.enchantedbotanicals.com/

Crystal Shops,  Gemstone Jewelry, Wood Rattles

Two online crystal shops I highly recommend:

  • www.dhcrystalcompany.com  Dh Crystal Company / Beth (owner)
  • www.moonrisecrystals.com  Moonrise Crystals / Julie (owner)

Gemstone Jewelry

  • https://thepeachtreejewelry.com/ Peach Tree Jewelry / Amy (owner)

For wood rattles, I love Earnest Efforts  on Etsy. Earnest and Ellie are the owners and based out of Oregon.

Now, you might be wondering if I get commission from any of these shops—nope. I just love supporting kind people and sharing high-quality resources.

Some of my Favorite People

We all need people to inspire us. And these are a few of the folks that inspire me...

Lee Harris www.leeharrisenergy.com and on YouTube - Lee channels his guides the Z's and offers a free monthly energy update. He also offers live online courses  such as Rebirth and Initiation a few times a year. He has a true gift as an Intuitive and his work always resonates with me.

Sandra Ingerman  www.sandraingerman.com   is one of the top shamanic teachers. If you are interested in learning more about shamanic journey  or shamanic practices - she has courses on Sounds True and The Shift Network. Her work and classes have deeply influenced my life.

Pam Gregory Astrologer - one of the best astrologers out there. You can find free videos on YouTube. She talks about the Summer months of 2025 as a "rehearsal" for what's to come. You can find it here: https://youtu.be/KQfN5IBLb3M?feature=shared

  • What’s Your Grief – Created by mental health professionals who have experienced personal loss, this site offers practical tools, articles, courses, and creative outlets for navigating grief. Their approach blends education with compassionate community support, making it a valuable resource for both individuals and families. www.whatsyourgrief.com
