Lee Harris www.leeharrisenergy.com and on YouTube - Lee channels his guides the Z's and offers a free monthly energy update. He also offers live online courses such as Rebirth and Initiation a few times a year. He has a true gift as an Intuitive and his work always resonates with me.
Vaz Sriharan www.vazsriharan.com Vaz is simply next level in terms of his understanding of the spiritual world. He has a wonderful podcast on Spotify called Living in the Mystery and leads The Lighthouse Meditation that I recommend to clients who want to call in their soul tribe and support for their work. Sandra Ingerman www.sandraingerman.com is one of the top shamanic teachers. If you are interested in learning more about shamanic journey or shamanic practices - she has courses on Sounds True and The Shift Network. Her work and classes have deeply influenced my life.

They are great for clearing space and helping quiet mental chatter before meditating. I found Earnest Efforts on Etsy and fell in love with their wood rattles. If you are in the Tampa, Florida area - head over to Safety Harbor! Not just because it's the cutest town ever - but it is the home of Om Meditation and Wellness! You can check out their list of offerings such as yoga, but the main thing I LOVE is the floating sound healing sessions. I've never seen anything like it and the space itself is gorgeous.
