Founding Round Mentorship Rate
For this first round, I’m opening a founding rate  for the first few clients). 

This gives us a chance to walk closely together while I fine-tune the flow of this container—you receive the full experience at a lower rate, and I receive honest feedback to make it even more powerful.

 Session Timing
Sessions are intentionally paced for integration and do not roll over. All sessions must be used within the container timeline and expire 12 months from your start date. ✨

Payment Plans
Payment plans are offered on a limited basis through Square. Custom options may be considered upon request and are subject to approval (certain rules apply). 

 Training + Attunement Scheduling (for Payment Plans)
Training and attunements are scheduled once the $422 certification/attunement fee is paid and your mentorship payments are current. This helps keep the container clear and ensures you’re fully supported throughout the process. 

Deposits
A $50 non-refundable deposit may be required to hold your start date. It will be credited toward your first payment.

Scheduling & Spacing (important)
Mentorship sessions are intentionally spaced to support integration and steady progress.

Cancellations
At least 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be counted as a used session.

Bonuses & Pop Ups
From time to time, I may offer optional bonus touchpoints or behind-the-scenes moments as a surprise add-on (not guaranteed). 

Refunds

• Paid-in-full: Refunds (minus the deposit) are available up to 7 days prior to your first session.
   
• After your first session: Mentorship is non-refundable.

 How does support between sessions work?
You’ve got support via text, email or Marco Polo Monday–Friday. I do my best to reply within 24–48 hours. If you’re needing deeper processing, that’s our cue to book a full session so you get the care you deserve.

Do you use the Marco Polo ap?
Yes! Marco Polo is a free video-messaging app—perfect for a short update when typing feels like too much. It's not required but I love using it for personal connection. 

Are sessions online or in person?
Most mentorship happens on Zoom (comfy pants encouraged). In-person sessions in Columbus, OH pop up when my schedule allows.

Do Sessions Expire?

 Yes. All sessions need to be used within 12 months of your start date. They’re paced for integration—no heavy front-loading or cramming everything into one short window. 

How do rescheduling and no-shows work?
If something comes up, please give 24+ hours’ notice to reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may be counted as a used session. Life happens—I just ask for communication. 💛

Is this therapy or medical care?
No. Reiki and intuitive mentorship are complementary wellness practices and not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose or treat conditions.
