The Karuna Life

One of my favorite things about my job is that I meet a ton of fascinating people and learn new things all the time. I can't tell you how many times I've thought, 'this would make a great podcast' and after several nudges from the Universe  (ok, maybe it was a  slight shove), The Karuna Life Podcast was born. 

Join me as we explore all things metaphysical and spiritual. I plan to dive into a wide range of topics such as past lives, developing intuition, advice for new practitioners, and owning our power. I even want to tackle  more sensitive topics, like how we handle grief and loss. I believe there's power in vulnerability, sharing knowledge, and of course, laughter. My hope is this podcast will be a blend of all three.
